How is this different from Rewst's own onboarding?

Standard Setup is Rewst's onboarding. Rewst entrusts new customer onboardings to preferred service partners, and we deliver them in direct coordination with the Rewst team, so it's included with your subscription at no additional cost. The TrueCore Implementation builds on that foundation with a white-glove engagement: instead of stopping at a configured tenant, we're designing around your operation and shipping custom automation from day one.

Do I need Standard Setup or the TrueCore Implementation?

Standard gets you connected and crate-ready fast, at no additional cost with your Rewst subscription. It's designed for teams that want to start running pre-built crates without a ton of upfront planning. The TrueCore Implementation is for teams that know they'll be building custom workflows, scaling automation, or want the baseline designed to stay clean as usage grows. If you're not sure, book a scoping call and we'll walk through which fits your plans.

Can I start with Standard and move to the TrueCore Implementation later?

Yes, but it's more efficient to start with TrueCore if you know you'll need it. Moving over later means revisiting structure and conventions that are already live. Not impossible, just not ideal. We'd rather set you up right the first time.

What if I already have Rewst set up but it's a mess?

We can help. This isn't uncommon. Teams start with good intentions, install every crate that looks useful, and six months later the tenant is hard to navigate. We offer cleanup and restructure engagements separate from onboarding. Reach out and we'll scope what's needed.

How long does onboarding take?

Typically 2-3 weeks. We reach out within a day of assignment to get your kickoff on the calendar. Timelines assume access readiness and stakeholders are available for questions.
